Inevitable Foundation Privacy Policy

Inevitable Foundation (“we”, “our,” “us”) respects the privacy of our users.  In order to better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected when you visit or make a donation or purchase on https://inevitable.foundation (the “Website”).  This Privacy Policy works in conjunction with the Terms of Use.

We do not sell names or other personal information about our Website users and subscribers to mass marketers or any other entity.   

Online credit card purchases, donations, and all payment processing services are processed through third-party service provider FundraiseUp (https://fundraiseup.com), which uses Stripe’s services for payment processing (https://stripe.com).  We do not retain, store, sell or share any of your banking information, credit card number, name, CVV code or date of expiration, or other personal information provided for payment related services.  We require our third-party service providers to comply with confidentiality requirements and to not use your personal information for marketing purposes without your consent. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

PRIVACY OF CHILDREN

We are pleased when youth visit the Website to learn more about us and our mission to fund and mentor professional disabled screenwriters.  However, we do not knowingly solicit data from children or knowingly reach out to children under the age of 14.
