Investing in disabled creatives in the center, not just at the margins

Join the wave of disabled creatives reshaping the entertainment industry.

Our Approach

Disabled creatives have always shaped culture, even when little industry space exists for them. We work to expand those opportunities through targeted programs, industry connections, and long-term support for disabled writers, directors, and producers. We don’t just do fellowships; we help develop sustainable careers in writers rooms and behind the camera.

"I've had the absolute best time being a mentor for Inevitable Foundation and tell them to call me if they need anything. Everyone involved is truly so lovely, empathetic, driven, and talented. I frankly just want to hang out with all of their writers and creatives. Their voices are singular, smart and so needed."

The Relief Fund was created in response to the 2023 WGA Strike to provide an emergency backstop to ensure disabled creatives aren’t forced to leave the industry due to financial necessity during crises.

"This aid has given me a little bit of breathing room during a rough time. I need the energy to focus on writing my personal projects, picketing, and taking care of myself."
