Accelerate Fellowship

A year-long program that gives mid-level disabled screenwriters $40,000 in unrestricted funding, bespoke mentorship, and industry connections to help develop and sell their own content. The program gives Fellows the financial stability to focus on their writing career full-time, empowers them with the business skills to accelerate their career development and opens up a community of peers to bond and grow with.

Elevate Collective

Elevate Collective empowers mid and upper-level disabled screenwriters with the mentorship, coaching and connections they need to level-up their careers. The Collective features Elevate Collective Awards, $5,000 professional development grants for career coaching, professional development, script consultation, work-from-home setups and Intellectual Property acquisition.

Concierge

A free, high-touch service that connects disabled writers with creative executives, showrunners, and producers for development and staffing opportunities. We share the profiles and writing samples of our Concierge Writers with the hundreds of Creative Executives and Showrunners in our network to foster fruitful professional connections. In the last eight months, we've fielded over 200 inquiries from 75 different companies, and set up over 50 general meetings.

Hire Disabled Writers Initiative

We're here to support you by breaking down industry barriers and providing innovative solutions. Our Disabled Consultant Futures Fund ensures fair compensation and leverage for your expertise, and our LA-based billboard campaign reminds the industry to "Hire Disabled Writers, Not Just A Disability Consultant." Join industry leaders like Lauren Ridloff and Marlee Matlin in shaping the narrative, and turn your consulting work into a career as a writer, director, or actor.

Disability is Diversity Campaign

An international out-of-home campaign that raises the profile of disability as an essential pillar of diversity and celebrates the diversity that exists within disabled communities. It is the first national campaign ever designed and produced by an all-disabled creative team and we have received close to $3 million in donated media across over 15 cities including Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Atlanta, and Boston, in addition to placements in a several print and digital publications.

The "Cost" of Accommodations Report and Resources

A research report that examines the real consequences for disabled talent when their accommodation needs go unmet and demystifies the true financial cost of accommodations by creating the first set of budget templates and accommodation benchmarks for the industry.
